My name is Taavi and I’m seven years old. I LOVE reading! And I like drawing pictures. I’m going to review books I’ve read and share pictures I’ve drawn.

I enjoy fiction like Harry Potter, His Dark Materials and Dune. Some of my favorite authors are J.R.R. Tolkien, Roald Dahl and Neil Gaiman.

This is a picture of space made from chalk, glitter paint and some cut out planets…I don’t know where in space it is.

This is the Eye of Horus. Horus was an Egyptian God of the sky. I drew this on papyrus that I made from brown paper and glue.

Bilbo Baggins went on an adventure that he did not want to go on at all. He liked to stay home and eat two dinners if he could get them. But after the adventure he became more brave.

On the way he sang a song to giant evil spiders that tied up the dwarves which included calling the spiders “Tomnoddy and Attercop”. Bilbo untied the dwarves and rescued them.

I love this book because I like Bilbo Baggins. He is funny and smart. I also love Gandalf. He is an old wizard. He made the pine-cone set on fire and it hit the leader of Wargs. (Wargs are evil wolves). Gandalf is very very smart.

If you like exciting adventure, not boring adventure, in mythical places, you should read this book. I love The Hobbit!
